This role is located in Pittsburgh.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Manage a medium to large-sized or multiple small teams responsible for all phases of the systems development and implementation process.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Provide analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing support for client area application systems across diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technology and tools.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Analyse organizational needs for application development and interface with clients to ensure systems are developed to meet business requirements.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Oversee applications programming and analysis projects, including development, installation and maintenance of application programs.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">10+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development, with related supervisory, management and administrative experience required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Experience in the securities or financial services industries is a plus.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated experience managing one or more development teams and contributing to team objectives.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">People leadership experience required, including recruiting, directing, motivating and developing staff.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Deep expertise in legacy system modernization</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Strong understanding of payment processing and settlement systems</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Experience overseeing payment processing and settlement-related processes</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
