    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Title:&nbsp;</strong>Youth Director (Middle and High School)&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Status:</strong> Full Time</p><p><strong>Responsible to:&nbsp;</strong>Next Gen Director <strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong> The Youth Director helps fulfill Bethel&rsquo;s mission to make disciples who love God, one another, and the world by leading a Christ-centered, relational, and spiritually vibrant ministry for middle and high school students. In partnership with the Next Gen Director, &nbsp; parents and volunteers, this role supports students at every stage of their faith journey and builds teams that reflect the heart of Jesus and Bethel&rsquo;s values.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Spiritual Qualifications: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>A growing, Christ-centered life that reflects spiritual maturity and alignment with Bethel&rsquo;s mission and values.</li><li>Passion for helping students know and follow Jesus.</li><li>Humble, empowering leader who develops teams and equips others for ministry.</li><li>Relates well to students, parents and leaders from a variety of backgrounds&nbsp;</li><li>Strong relational, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Committed to servant leadership, healthy team culture, and a strong work ethic.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; 2+ years of vocational ministry experience preferred.</li><li>Bethel member or willing to become one within six months.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><h4>Discipleship &amp; Teaching</h4><ul><li>Partner with the Next Gen Director to develop and implement a 0-18 Discipleship framework&nbsp;</li><li>Create environments for students to encounter Jesus, explore faith, and grow as disciples.</li><li>Develop and teach biblically rich, engaging lessons aligned with Bethel&rsquo;s discipleship framework: <em>Explore &rarr; Start &rarr; Walk &rarr; Guid</em>e (Bethel Value: The Journey)</li><li>Models and instills daily habits of faith: engaging Scripture, prayer, worship, and serving others. (Bethel Value: Sacred Rhythms)&nbsp;</li></ul><h4>Leadership Development &amp; Team Building</h4><ul><li>Recruit, train, and disciple adult leaders and student leaders who invest in youth.</li><li>Cultivate a team culture that is Christ-centered, authentic, grace-filled and faithful (Bethel Value: <em>Real Relationships)&nbsp;</em></li><li>Equip leaders to disciple and walk alongside students in all stages of life and faith.&nbsp;</li><li>Build and lead a Youth Ministry teaching team; develop and equip other gifted teachers and leaders to regularly teach and disciple students.
