    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Construction Project Manager</span> with healthcare, commercial, and or industrial contracting experience to join our team! </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Project Managers are responsible for all phases of a construction project(s)  including; project planning, scheduling, budgeting, client development, sales, quality, delivery and implementation. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful and timely completion, and financial outcome, of all assigned projects.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Interface with project owners, inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Develop and maintain good client relationships for expanded or new work opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Negotiates revisions, changes, and additions with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors for changes in scope of work  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Maintain high standards of workmanship that meet or exceed owner’s expectations </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Monthly scheduling and budget (P&amp;L) reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Demonstrate a professional attitude consistent with company values and culture</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Attend and participate in all project meetings and company training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Adhere to all local, state, and OSHA regulations, including company safety policy and procedures</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Bachelor’s Degree in a construction related field </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Minimum 4 years construction project management experience in a healthcare, commercial, or industrial environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Experience with pre-construction experience a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Familiarity with construction management software-Procore experience is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Thorough knowledge of submittals, RFI’s, and project close out procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability to monitor schedule developments and updates with the Project Superintendent to ensure projects  are on schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Knowledgeable of applicable OSHA  safety requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Detail oriented with the ability to multi task</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Presentation experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Strong leadership qualities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
