Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of<br>product through the production process. Coordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.<br><br><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.</li><li>Oversees and provides guidance to the maintenance crew to ensure safety regulations, procedures, quality standards and budget are met.</li><li>Coordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training.
