This person will collaborate with their local client group to help shape and implement the overall business strategy.\nThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years human resources experience, Labor relations/union experience is required. Experience working in a lean manufacturing, business system-based company environment is preferred.",
