Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.</p><p><strong>Shift Hours:1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift is available for this position.&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm</li><li>2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm + $0.65 shift differential pay</li><li>3rd Shift:&#xa0;Sunday - Friday 10:30pm - 6:30am + $0.85&#xa0;shift differential pay</li></ul><p><strong><em>(Note:&#xa0; Training for this position will be on 3rd Shift: Sunday – Friday; 10:30pm - 6:30am + $0.85 shift differential pay during training.&#xa0; The training period is up to 6 months).</em></strong></p><p><strong>Sign-On Bonus:</strong></p><p>$2000 paid in two installments.&#xa0;The first installment of $500 would be paid on the pay cycle following the employee’s completion of 30 days of employment.&#xa0; The remaining $1500 would be paid on the pay cycle after the employee reaches 6 months of active employment.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>Performs&#xa0;troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Assist with the servicing and repairing of more complex equipment. Complies&#xa0;with applicable regulations and the department’s Safety program.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Performs&#xa0;troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems.</li><li>Analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs&#xa0;equipment.</li><li>Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance.</li><li>Check and inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance. Reports findings to management.</li><li>Performs corrections on electrical issues through knowledge of drives and PLCs.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and extended down time.</li><li>Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking system.</li><li>Respond quickly to issues or concerns that may put employees at risk for injury, to include rectifying immediate dangers.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Communicate existing and potential issues with group leaders/maintenance manager.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>Minimum High School diploma or GED and electrical apprenticeship and/or vocational school/technology certificate in electricity.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Five (5) years of electrical&#xa0;technical hands-on experience&#xa0;including wiring automation machine control panels and PLCs.</li><li>Must have a good working knowledge of electricity and troubleshooting electrical issues including 480 volts.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot control circuits, motors, motor control circuits, and other electrical and electronic systems and equipment.</li><li>Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics and apply NEC requirements.</li><li>Ability to use appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks.</li><li>Ability to read, use and understand gauges, tools and instruments relating to product quality and equipment repair.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>Must have sound knowledge and experience in Industrial Maintenance environment with repair and troubleshooting machine issues and breakdowns along with general maintenance.</li><li>Must have a good working knowledge of mechanics and troubleshooting mechanical issues.</li><li>Must have experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder.</li><li>Must have a good working knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, pumps, valves, cylinders, conveyors, etc.</li><li>Forklifts and scissor lift driving experience is preferred but not necessary.</li><li>Lathe operation experience is preferred but not necessary.</li><li>Must have organization and housekeeping skills.</li><li>Must have good communication skills throughout all levels of the organization.</li><li>Willingness to work on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, overtime and weekends as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Functional Success Drivers:</strong></p><ul><li>Problem Solving</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Training and Development</li><li>Communication (Oral &amp; Written)</li><li>Patience</li></ul>",
