          "text": "<p><strong>Turner &amp; Townsend</strong>&#xa0;is seeking an experienced&#xa0;<strong>Director-Program Management</strong>&#xa0;to join our team&#xa0;to lead major construction programs. This individual will have a proven&#xa0;track record&#xa0;of setting up and delivering successful&#xa0;large scale&#xa0;construction programs.&#xa0; &#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Responsibilities: &#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Serve as the key point of contact and primary client relationship executive, building and&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;long-term relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other third parties.&#xa0;</li><li>Lead preconstruction discussions with clients and internal teams to develop contractual obligations such as estimates, schedules, staffing plans, and business plans.&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee and assess the&#xa0;project's&#xa0;master schedule throughout its lifecycle, ensuring contractual obligations are met and holding team members accountable.&#xa0;</li><li>Promote and follow health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, enhancing site safety culture and initiatives.&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee the integration of all project disciplines within the master program schedule.&#xa0;</li><li>Develop the work plan that forms the program management plan (PMP).&#xa0;</li><li>Serve as the escalation point for project, financial, business development, contractual, and client relationship risks.&#xa0;</li><li>Provide suggestions and negotiate issue resolution for escalated project issues, including change orders and contingency expenditures.&#xa0;</li><li>Manage the development and approval of design definition documents.&#xa0;</li><li>Review and provide recommendations for&#xa0;change&#xa0;order requests, impact mitigation strategies, and cost reduction initiatives.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure that estimates, HSE, and schedule impacts from change orders are continually reviewed and&#xa0;validated.&#xa0;</li><li>Review and provide feedback on progress reporting metrics against the program, projects, and contracts.&#xa0;</li><li>Establish and support&#xa0;constructability&#xa0;of&#xa0;review guidelines and protocols.&#xa0;</li><li>Develop program guidelines and protocols for cost reduction initiatives and operability/maintainability recommendations.&#xa0;</li><li>Review design, procurement, and construction progress, providing recommendations for recovery plans.&#xa0;</li><li>Review and provide feedback on safety recommendations and corrective actions.&#xa0;</li><li>Develop and review the program-level framework for construction quality control.&#xa0;</li><li>Develop&#xa0;an overall&#xa0;program of&#xa0;site&#xa0;logistics&#xa0;and phasing strategy.&#xa0;</li><li>Review project manuals, construction management guidelines, policies, and procedures.&#xa0;</li><li>Review claims resolution recommendations.&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project consent and review beneficial use recommendations.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure sufficient owner rep staffing levels&#xa0;relative&#xa0;to contractual commitments and constraints.&#xa0;</li><li>Continuously&#xa0;monitor&#xa0;the performance of T&amp;T staff to ensure efficient client management&#xa0;</li><li>SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
