font-size: 10pt\">Site grading and overall site development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Earthworks for process plants, haul roads, laydown areas, and site pads</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excavation, embankments, slopes, berms, and cut/fill optimization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Surface water management for earthworks areas (ditches, channels, culverts, ponds)</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and manage discipline budgets, schedules, estimates, and work plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide senior-level review of design deliverables, drawings, and calculations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
