The role plays a critical part in enabling excellent academic staff and student experience by ensuring that course pages, assessments, templates, engagement tools, dates, workflows, and system integrations are accurately built, technically sound, and aligned to institutional and academic requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Reporting to the Academic Manager: Digital Learning Systems, this role combines strong technical capability with a service-oriented approach to supporting the effective delivery of teaching and learning in the digital environment. The Digital Learning Technologist works across the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), Student Information System (SIS), and associated educational technologies to ensure that integrated components function effectively and that course delivery is supported by well-structured, reliable, and student-friendly digital spaces.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">The role requires a high level of attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a strong understanding of how different digital systems, platforms, data structures, and academic requirements interact to support the student lifecycle and learning experience. The incumbent must also be familiar with institutional policies, academic requirements, and configuration standards that impact course rollout, digital assessment setup, and system support.
