As a Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to cut, bend, straighten and form steel parts as specified by blueprints. Operators will be working in hot, cold, dirty and noisy environments while wearing all required PPE.</p><p><strong>1st Shift:</strong> Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 3:30PM&nbsp;</p><p><strong>3rd Shift:&nbsp;</strong>Monday-Thursday 8PM &ndash; 6:30AM<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong>Pay:</strong>&nbsp;$21.00 (+ $2.00 per hour shift premium)</p><p><strong>$3,000 sign on bonus.</strong>&nbsp;$1,000 paid out at 30 days, $1,000 paid out at 90 days &amp; $1,000 paid out at 180 days.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong><u>Job Duties Include, but not limited to:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lay-up sequence and templates</li><li>Perform a variety of physically strenuous tasks as directed to maintain efficient production in the department</li><li>Read blueprints, adjust settings for thickness of appropriate steel types&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment through 5S activities &nbsp;</li><li>Lift/carry materials of different weights throughout the shift&nbsp;</li><li>May use overhead cranes and/or forklift</li><li>Check tools and equipment in observance of safety regulations</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong><u>Working Environment:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conditions can be hot, cold, dirty,&nbsp;and noisy.</li><li>The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the plant.</li><li>Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be adhered to at all times.
