Our work is rooted in respect, compassion, and inclusion, and we envision a world where individual differences are appreciated and celebrated. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Advocates, we value the ideas, experiences, and contributions of employees and are committed to fostering a supportive, welcoming culture where everyone can grow and thrive.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Are you ready to make a difference?</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Are you ready to make a difference?</strong></p>\n<h2>Minimum Education Required</h2>High School Diploma/GED\n<h2>Shift</h2>Blended Shift\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Remain awake, alert, and responsive throughout the overnight shift </li>\n <li>Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times </li>\n <li>Assist with morning routines (hygiene, clothing, meals, and preparation for day programs) </li>\n <li>Provide transportation to day programs as needed </li>\n <li>Support household cleaning and maintenance tasks </li>\n <li>Implement established treatment and support plans </li>\n <li>Conduct and participate in safety drills, including fire drills and evacuations </li>\n <li>Report health, behavioral, or psychiatric concerns to on-call staff </li>\n <li>Complete accurate documentation, including shift notes and behavioral observations </li>\n <li>Provide physical intervention in crisis situations when necessary </li>\n <li>Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, MAP, SOLVE, HR/DPPC) </li>\n <li>Ensure individuals are treated with dignity, respect, and in alignment with Human Rights policies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li>\n <li>Experience working with the population preferred </li>\n <li>Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills </li>\n <li>Basic computer proficiency required </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and remain alert overnight </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport individuals </li>\n <li>Commitment to supporting culturally diverse populations strongly preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Advocates is committed to cultivating a diverse and welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued.
