    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Used Car Lot Valet- Porter </strong>helps ensure the sales lot is arranged by moving vehicles in and around the sales area/lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicle, Gassing Vehicles, Locking Vehicles, Dealer Trades, delivering vehicles to customers after service is complete, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed. In addition to completing all required documentation on vehicles and documenting information in BMW portal.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. He or she must have great communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. Candidates must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions and safely maneuver vehicles in tight and small spaces. Previous experience is preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health & Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Drives vehicles to and from sales lot areas and service lots as needed.</li>\n <li>Installs protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.).</li>\n <li>Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water.</li>\n <li>Washes and cleans vehicles as needed.</li>\n <li>Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks.</li>\n <li>Ensures the sales lot is arranged by moving vehicles in and around the sales lot.</li>\n <li>Dealer Trades.</li>\n <li>Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested.</li>\n <li>Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.</li>\n <li>Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.</li>\n <li>Insert BMW information into used car portal.</li>\n <li>Print all CPO paperwork.</li>\n <li>Place labels on vehicles for sale.</li>\n <li>Follows all safety and security procedures.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>No experience necessary.</li>\n <li>Automotive dealership experience a PLUS!</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>A valid California driver's license and clean DMV printout</li>\n <li>Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.</li>\n <li>Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.</li>\n <li>Highly professional and dependable.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Basic computer and internet skills.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a similar role a plus.</li>\n <li>Must be customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.</li>\n <li>Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.</li>\n <li>Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.</li>\n <li>Willing to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Bilingual a PLUS!!</li>\n</ul>",
