Leveraging advanced automation and scalable architecture, we make complex processes – from data integration to reporting and compliance – fast, seamless and accurate.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help scale our platform. You will work on improving our CI/CD pipelines, implementing cost-efficient multi-tenant architecture and ensuring high availability of our microservices platform while embracing AI-augmented workflows with Claude Code.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement scalable multi-tenant infrastructure architecture on AWS</li>\n<li>Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve build success rates and reduce deployment times</li>\n<li>Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code</li>\n<li>Manage Kubernetes clusters and implement GitOps practices</li>\n<li>Build and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions</li>\n<li>Implement cost optimization strategies and FinOps practices</li>\n<li>Ensure security best practices including secrets management</li>\n<li>Integrate AI into infrastructure workflows to accelerate automation development</li>\n<li>Address incident response cases</li>\n<li>Document infrastructure and contribute to continuous improvement processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tech Stack:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cloud: AWS (EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, ALB, CloudHSM, KMS)</li>\n<li>Orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm, Docker</li>\n<li>IaC: Terraform, Ansible</li>\n<li>CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD</li>\n<li>Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo</li>\n<li>Secrets: HashiCorp Vault</li>\n<li>Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ</li>\n<li>Databases: PostgreSQL, KDB+</li>\n<li>AI-Augmented Development: Claude Code as primary development companion</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Are Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: 3+ years in DevOps/SRE role with strong hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes</li>\n<li>Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform and Helm charts</li>\n<li>CI/CD Expertise: Experience building and optimizing pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)</li>\n<li>Problem Solver: Able to take initiative and solve infrastructure challenges with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Detail-Oriented: You write clean, maintainable infrastructure code and care deeply about reliability</li>\n<li>Collaborative: Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering teams</li>\n<li>AI-Forward Mindset: Enthusiasm for leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and automation</li>\n<li>Russian and English languages at professional working capacity</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bonus Points For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures at scale</li>\n<li>Experience with Claude Code or demonstrated proficiency in AI-augmented workflows</li>\n<li>FinOps certification or cost optimization experience</li>\n<li>Familiarity with financial systems or regulated environments</li>\n<li>Experience with KDB+ or time-series databases</li>\n<li>Knowledge of service mesh (Istio/Linkerd)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Reluna?</span></p>\n<p>At Reluna, you'll join a forward-thinking team passionate about innovation in fintech.
