This role is for a builder: someone who brings consulting-caliber analytical rigor, a bias toward action, and the ability to move fluidly between high-level strategic design and hands-on individual contributor work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will start by leading the stabilization and scaling of our Care Management programs, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to a complex set of interdependent initiatives. As that work is established, the role expands to own broader Medical Group priorities: telehealth expansion, new service line development, care model optimization, and clinical operating model design.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a high-visibility role with direct access to executive leadership, meaningful ownership from day one, and a genuine opportunity to shape how care is delivered at scale for one of the most complex and underserved patient populations in the country.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Portfolio & Program Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional care management initiatives, ensuring clear accountability, realistic timelines, and disciplined prioritization</li>\n <li>Identify gaps, redundancies, and sequencing conflicts across concurrent interdepartmental workstreams and drive resolution</li>\n <li>Establish reporting cadences, dashboards, and operating rhythms that create visibility and support decision-making at the C-Suite level</li>\n <li>Translate loosely defined executive priorities into structured project plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Care Delivery & Clinical Operations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive creation, implementation, and expansion of key care delivery capabilities, including telehealth and ancillary services</li>\n <li>Design scalable clinical operating models including cross-coverage protocols, resource deployment, and care team structure</li>\n <li>Partner with technology, analytics, and operations teams to integrate tools, including AI-enabled solutions, that improve workflows and patient management</li>\n <li>Support development of clinical leadership models, including roles, expectations, and feedback loops for frontline and administrative leaders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Process & Organizational Effectiveness</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build repeatable, transferable processes and transition stabilized work into sustainable ownership across the organization</li>\n <li>Bring discipline to prioritization and sequencing across competing initiatives in a fast-moving environment</li>\n <li>Manage and develop a team of three high-performing early-career contributors, providing mentorship, clear direction, and meaningful growth opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Background & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or high-impact operations roles</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Consulting firm experience strongly preferred; candidates who have transitioned from consulting into an operator role in healthcare are particularly compelling</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Healthcare experience; value-based care, care delivery, or health services strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Direct exposure to clinical operations, population health, or care management programs is a significant plus</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous starting point through measurable execution</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage and align multiple senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, across competing priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Analytical Horsepower</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills; ability to build rigorous frameworks, structure ambiguous problems, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations</li>\n <li>Track record of synthesizing complex, multi-source information into executive-ready narratives and crisp decision frameworks</li>\n <li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint fluency required; SQL proficiency strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Genuine appetite for leveraging AI and modern tooling to improve workflows, processes, and decision-making</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Mindset & Working Style</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operates with urgency and ownership; does not wait for perfect information to take action</li>\n <li>Thrives in ambiguity and creates structure where little exists</li>\n <li>Equally comfortable doing rigorous individual contributor work and leading a room of executives</li>\n <li>High standards for quality, clarity, and follow-through; the kind of person who closes every loop</li>\n <li>Deep curiosity about healthcare, care delivery models, and the challenge of serving complex patient populations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree required </li>\n <li>MBA preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Curana Health is dedicated to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity.
