Provides overall direction to production floor employees in the areas of production, scheduling, performance management, training and other related areas striving to improve overall operational efficiencies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Include the following, other duties may be assigned.</p><p>Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output</p><p>Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team</p><p>Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires</p><p>Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility</p><p>Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals</p><p>Evaluating various production stations to ensure optimum efficiency</p><p>Maintaining communication between employees and management to ensure procedures and policies are followed</p><p>Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Directly supervises employees in the department. Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. &nbsp;Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.</p>",
