If you’re looking for a workplace that values innovation, teamwork, and environmental impact, you’ll fit right in.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will you do...</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble electric motors, transmissions, and associated sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery</li>\n<li>Comply with health &amp; safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment</li>\n<li>Interrogate and understand engineering drawings</li>\n<li>Adhere to standard operating procedures to meet quality standards</li>\n<li>Inspect and test components throughout the process to ensure product conformance</li>\n<li>Complete documentation (written &amp; electronic) for traceability and record keeping</li>\n<li>Meet output targets and contribute to continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What are we looking for...</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Qualifications Required:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>GCSE’S in Maths &amp; English or equivalent</li>\n<li>Basic computer literacy required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience Required:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience of working in a factory / assembly environment is essential</li>\n<li>Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Attributes Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and grow</li>\n<li>Enthusiastic and proactive attitude</li>\n<li>Team player with effective communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will work &amp; earn...</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-hour week.
