Today, our team has grown to more than 100 people — and we’re still growing. 🚀</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Localize marketing materials</span> created by the HQ team (mostly copy/text) into natural, high-quality copy</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Create local CRO &amp; SLO content</span> for email, social, or web - simple, clear, and useful</li>\n<li>Help prepare <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">local events &amp; online webinars</span> (planning, promotion, coordination, follow-ups)</li>\n<li>Support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">digital marketing &amp; lead generation efforts</span>, helping turn activities into qualified leads through simple funnel thinking, follow-ups, and basic performance tracking</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Enable sales team performance</span>, work on proposal templates, decks, one-pagers, and quick-turn materials</li>\n<li>Make <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">light graphic edits</span> (e.g., swapping copy, resizing, editing basic layouts)</li>\n<li>Help with the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">onboarding of new clients</span> to make their start smooth</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">You’re a great fit if:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Croatian &amp; Slovenian both speech and writing feel <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">native-level</span> (you know what sounds right, C2 or native level).</li>\n<li>Strong English for briefs and collaboration with HQ (B2 and higher).</li>\n<li>You’re organized, have <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">a drive for success,</span> and you <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">deliver</span> (even with multiple small tasks running).</li>\n<li>You’re <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">curious, proactive</span>, and excited to learn – we’ll help you grow fast.</li>\n<li>Comfortable with everyday marketing tools: Google Workspace, Slack, WebFlow, LinkedIn, Canva and similar.</li>\n<li>Understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">digital</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">marketing</span> principles, and lead-generation tactics (webinars, offline events, content…).</li>\n<li>Fast-growing B2B and SaaS industry experience would be great.</li>\n<li>Bonus points if:\n<ul>\n<li>You’ve ever led your <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">own side project</span> or helped something small grow.</li>\n<li>You have experience with social listening or media monitoring tools (Mediaboard, Determ, Brand24, Mention, Talkwalker or Brandwatch)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Proven experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">content</span> creation.
