PPAP Administration to AIAG and Customer Specific Requirements. APQP Team Support as quality representative for quality.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; <strong>Essential Functions:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the preparation of PPAP Packages as required to meet AIAG as well as customer specific requirements.</li><li>Works with plant buyer to maintain and submit IMDS.</li><li>Maintains customer portals for PPAPs and deviations.</li><li>Maintains PPAP log to ensure timely submissions.</li><li>Provide Production and Engineering team process capability studies as requested.</li><li>Performs Quality Audits of the Production Products/Process as required and provides reports of results to the Management Team.</li><li>Complies and maintains quality records/reports in preparation for quality and management meetings.</li><li>Documents sequence changes as needed to meet requirements.</li><li>Support when needed in performing validation or calibration for Fixtures and Tooling including all documentation required for this function. &nbsp;</li><li>Perform training and guidance to Quality Product Auditors as required.</li><li>Responsible for assisting in continuous improvement initiatives, training and development.</li><li>Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Communicate with other departments as necessary.</li><li>Keep work areas clean and organized.</li><li>Adhere to all company rules and policies.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Key performance metrics: &nbsp;Annual part layout and fixture gage validations, Past Due Calibrations, PPAPs on Time, Daily Audits.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr></tbody></table><table border=\"1\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" id=\"isPasted\" width=\"638\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><br></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
