    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Lifesharing Specialist</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> Negotiable based on experience</p>\n<p><strong>Status:</strong> Full-time, 37.5 hours per week </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, evenings and weekends occasionally required</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Camp Hill, PA<strong>What we're looking for: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>18 years of age</li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license with at least 6 months of driving experience</li>\n <li>Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>Associate’s degree or technical certification within a related area preferred</li>\n <li>2–5 years of related experience required; experience in human services strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate, read, write, and interpret English</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality</li>\n <li><em>Preferred</em> knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and/or the aging population</li>\n <li><em>Preferred</em> experience with Medicaid-funded services and PA regulations (Chapters 6100/6500)</li>\n <li><em>Preferred</em> familiarity with human service program operations, compliance, and documentation systems</li>\n <li><em>Preferred</em> background in psychology, education, social work, healthcare administration, or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>As a Specialist, Lifesharing Services,</strong> you’ll support UCP Central PA’s mission by coordinating and overseeing lifesharing placements that promote independence, safety, and meaningful community living.
