In this role, you will manage Epicor deployments and upgrades, designing and developing custom solutions &ndash; including dashboards, BAQs, reports and customizations, handle advanced (L3+) troubleshooting, and oversee the infrastructure supporting our clients&rsquo; Epicor Kinetic ERP systems. Your expertise will ensure the stability, performance, ease of use, and security of these systems, making you a key contributor to our clients&rsquo; success.&nbsp;</p><p> &nbsp;</p><p>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Plan and execute Epicor Kinetic system deployments, upgrades, and migrations.  </li><li>Provide L3+ technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex issues in Epicor environments.  </li><li>Maintain and optimize infrastructure (e.g., servers, databases, networks, and printers) to ensure high availability and performance.  </li><li>Work with teams to implement Epicor customizations, integrations, and enhancements.  </li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.  </li><li>Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.  </li><li>Stay up to date with ERP updates, patches, and best practices.  </li><li>Offer technical guidance to clients and internal teams as needed.</li></ul><p> &nbsp;</p><p>Required Skills and Qualifications&nbsp;</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience with Epicor ERP systems, including deployment and administration.  </li><li>Proven skills in L3+ troubleshooting within Epicor environments.  </li><li>Strong understanding of infrastructure management (e.g., Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, networking).  </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  </li><li>Strong communication skills &ndash; including customer facing, billable time documentation, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Ability to thrive independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.  </li></ul><p> &nbsp;</p><p>Preferred Qualifications&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Epicor certifications.  </li><li>Microsoft and Azure certifications.</li><li>Experience with cloud-based Epicor Kinetic deployments (e.g., Azure).  </li><li>Experience with on-premises Epicor Kinetic deployments.</li><li>Experience with older versions of Epicor (Vantage, Vista, ERP, and/or ERP 10).</li><li>Experience with Epicor customizations, scripting, and integrations.  </li><li>Experience with Power BI.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).</li><li>Knowledge of other ERP systems or related technologies.  </li></ul><p> &nbsp;</p><p>Benefits and Perks&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company match.</li><li>Professional development and certification opportunities.</li><li>Flexible work options, including remote opportunities. &nbsp;</li><li>A collaborative, supportive team culture.  </li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>About 2W Technologies, Inc.<br>At 2W Technologies, Inc., we are committed to empowering businesses with innovative technology solutions.
