Rely on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Responsible for the implementation and adherence to Noble Health Services policies and procedures as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our patients. Facilitate Clinical Management Programs in a call center environment across multiple disease states, assist with organization accreditation efforts.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for assisting with Noble Health Services operations and profitability</li>\n <li>Follow all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of Pharmacy</li>\n <li>Responsible for clinical and operational support of Noble Health Services Clinical and Patient Management Programs</li>\n <li>Performs all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelines</li>\n <li>Oversight of clinical decision making and accountability to the organization for those decisions</li>\n <li>Responsible for patient drug utilization reviews and analysis</li>\n <li>Responsible for adverse event reporting</li>\n <li>Responsible for suggesting appropriate alternative therapies when warranted</li>\n <li>Responsible for assisting to ensure that our clinical management program is compliant with the most current standards set by our accreditation bodies</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all Noble policies and procedures at all times</li>\n <li>Monitors all pharmacy claims for proper reimbursement</li>\n <li>Assist in managing the pharmacy inventory.</li>\n <li>Assist in ensuring all records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with all rules and regulations pertaining to New York State and all other states that prescriptions are dispensed and delivered to</li>\n <li>Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information</li>\n <li>Assist in the training and development of clinical and pharmacy department personnel</li>\n <li>Participate in Quality Management Committee as required</li>\n <li>Obtain and maintain required licensure in home state and other states as required</li>\n <li>Serve as the responsible licensed pharmacist in other states as required</li>\n <li>Responsible for keeping current with state/federal regulatory changes and business trends within the industry</li>\n <li>Responsible for periodic consultation with practitioners in the field</li>\n <li>Responsible for meeting the on-call requirement of position</li>\n <li>Responsible for meeting the scheduling requirements of the position</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsInterface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed </li>\n <li>Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times</li>\n <li>Ensure all Loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy</li>\n <li>Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in pharmacy location state</li>\n <li>Obtain and maintain other states licenses as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Experience Preferred:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred:  2-3 Years of practice in a specialty pharmacy setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p>                   2-3 Years of experience in a managed care setting</p>\n<p><strong>                        </strong>3-5 Years of practice in a traditional retail setting performing MTM’s</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Compensation</u></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$130,000-135,200.00 per year.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state</strong><strong>,</strong><strong> and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements</strong><strong>.</strong></p>",
