In this role, you will develop, monitor and manage multiple schedules, coordinating timelines and resources to keep projects on track.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to drive success and efficiency in our operations.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<h2>How You Will Make an Impact</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops and manages project schedules and narratives based on production and budget information from engineers, project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists in baseline scheduling for the bid process by collaborating with estimating and engineering teams to accurately sequence all project work. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identifies and reports the impact of performed and delayed work by updating company-approved scheduling and financial reporting programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluates and analyzes production progress, identifying potential risks to the schedule or budget. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides technical expertise to resolve complex production and scheduling issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Delivers project status reports to direct managers and Project Managers for weekly and monthly update meetings. Participates in preparation meetings to ensure all project personnel are fully informed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in generating and maintaining cost and resource-loaded schedules. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of heavy civil construction scheduler experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to interface and effectively communicate with others. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Primavera P6 software experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Intermediate knowledge of Primavera P6. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to self-prioritize and self-start projects and task work. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced verbal, written and presentation communication skill.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Join Our Team</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>USD $115,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>USD $135,000.00/Yr.",
