Document and publish reports: projects, meetings, studies, observations.</p><p><strong>Key Result Areas:</strong></p><ol><li>Leads and supports in the design of engineered solutions, preparation of financial operational models and the coordination of implementation project cost estimation.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Identifies opportunities to introduce and deploy best practices and methods that result in a positive improvement on how the operation and/or the customer integrated solution should operate more efficiently.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Assists on the financial estimates and preparation of projects ROI, WACC, ROIC, ROCE.</li><li>Leads in the preparation of engineered solution presentations for internal and external audiences.</li><li>Customer / Commercial presentations.&nbsp; Defends proposed solutions and elaborates on solutions justification and solutions benefits to the business.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Supports efforts for Request For Information (RFI) and/ or Request For Proposal (RFP).</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Reviews and analyses RFP documents and data provided by customers.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Supports the development of conceptual operational process and layout for a new CLS operations.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Leads/Supports multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Project Manages solutions implementation.&nbsp; Monitors and measures solutions returns and benefits to the business.&nbsp;</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Leads and supports engineering sessions with MHE technology vendors for the purpose of operational process integration.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Leads and supports engineering discovery sessions with internal and customer stakeholders and validates data, volumes, operational requirements and facilitates the definition of solution gaps.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Coordinates and produces final detailed operational layout.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Performs audits while new solution is being deployed to ensure expected productivities are met.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Performs on-site work measurements to validate / audit expected productivities.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Provides integration support with MHE Technology vendor.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Performs acceptance testing for MHE solutions.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Provides timely status reports to Manager on the progress of assigned projects via weekly status conference calls and/ or written reports.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Documents and publishes written solution design project status reports on weekly basis.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Participates on operational reviews with functional areas: HR, Procurement, Finance, IT and FIT, Implementations, and Operations.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Assists on the preparation of executive summaries for every design project.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Maintains meeting minutes and project correspondence with project stakeholders, project owners, project resources, and project sponsors.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Actively support SCS process improvement initiatives and also evaluates process improvements initiatives generated by the operation teams.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Validates that Job Functions, Operator Profiles, SOPs and Training manuals adhere to new design solution.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Validates that facility set up solution is planned according to new solution design.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Keeps track of his/her project hours and travel expenses and reports them every week in a timely manner to Manager.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Maintains all project records in share point. Performs periodic back up of project data and records</li><li>Maintains local team standard project templates.</li></ol>",
