As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for:&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Pre-Merger Diligence<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Catalog systems architecture and landscape for incoming firms.</li><li>Assess system compatibility for incoming firms.</li><li>Plan for the integration of systems.</li></ul></li><li>Post-Merger Integration<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Establish and coordinate project workstream meetings to integrate systems into the firm&rsquo;s existing operating environment.</li><li>Drive the development of a scalable IT architecture tied to incoming firms.</li><li>Manage and execute data transfer activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Define, report, and action integration-related issues.</li><li>Deliver assigned projects on time.</li></ul></li><li>Communicate with key internal and external stakeholders as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar field</li><li>3 or more years&rsquo; experience integrating large systems and applications.</li><li>Experience with Integration or the M&amp;A Lifecyle</li><li>Experience as a Technology Delivery Consultant, Business IT Analyst, or related position.</li><li>Experience with Technology and 3rd Party Software Diligence</li><li>Preferred<ol><li>Consulting or advisory experience</li><li>Experience with IT architecture, planning, etc.</li><li>Experience working with NetSuite.</li><li>Experience working with Wolters Kluwer products (CCH)</li><li>Experience with Smartsheets.</li><li>Integration or M&amp;A Transaction 2+ Years</li></ol></li><li>Enjoys problem solving and rapidly designing solutions and implementing them.</li><li>Wants to be a member of a team but thrives when empowered with responsibility.</li><li>Comfortable communicating to cross-functional leadership; and working constantly with new teams and groups.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p><p>For positions in New York and California, the salary range is $100,000 - $135,000.
