This role oversees all aspects of the business unit, including preconstruction, operations, financial performance, project execution, client relationships, and strategic development.</p><p>As a key member of leadership, the Sector General Manager drives market expansion, ensures operational excellence, and builds high-performing teams to deliver successful projects from preconstruction through completion. Program Leadership</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Establish, structure, and lead Buffalo&rsquo;sSGM &ndash;Commercial&amp; Industrialdivision.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Lead planning and execution for multiple major capital projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Serve as the primary liaison between engineering partners, fabricators, internal design teams, and field leadership.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Drive alignment across design, construction, safety, and commissioning teams.</li></ul><p>2. Construction Execution</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Maintain accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery of all projects in the program portfolio.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Oversee project controls, scheduling, cost reporting, and change management.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all sites.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Oversee execution of industrial projects including facilities with complex mechanical, electrical, and process systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensure coordination of equipment installation, commissioning, and operational readiness.</li></ul><p>4. Team Building &amp; Leadership</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Recruit and develop a high-performing team of PMs, superintendents, engineers, project controls personnel, and commissioning specialists.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and repeatable execution.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Mentor junior team members and cultivate future leaders.</li></ul><p>5. Financial Performance</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Own budgets, forecasts, earned value reporting, and cost-to-complete analyses.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Protect OH&amp;P and margin targets across all projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risk.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Collaborate with executive leadership on project financing considerations and program planning.</li></ul><p>6.
