Appointments will be coordinated for our group of dealerships clients within the automotive industry.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer satisfaction</span>- Monitoring customer satisfaction and develop rapport with the consumer with the utmost level of customer experience and professionalism.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Management –</span>Accurately review and enter all customers’ appointments, inquiries and/or concerns into a system.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance – </span>Expectation of 120+ outbound calls per day with excellent verbal communication skills. Performs other duties as assigned or required by the leadership team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience - Must Have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 Years customer service/sales experience required</li>\n<li>Experience in a call centre environment</li>\n<li>Post-secondary Education</li>\n<li>Strong computer literacy skills</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n<li>Must be a self-starter and have the ability to multitask</li>\n<li>Automotive service background (preferred but not essential)</li>\n<li>Preferred CRM database experience</li>\n<li>Self-driven, likeable, and adaptable to change</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and be a team player</li>\n<li>Have a positive attitude!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Schedule:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday: 11:00am to 7:00pm EST</li>\n<li>Saturday (preferred): 10:00am to 6:00pm EST</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Upon request, Vicimus will provide reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities to support participation of candidates in all aspects of the recruitment process.
