Generate action plans to meet budget scrap&nbsp;</li><li>OEE: &nbsp; Generate OEE improvement plans to meet budgeted targets</li><li>Labor Efficiency: &nbsp;Monitor and improve labor efficiency to meet and or exceed budget.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: &nbsp;Develop and drive continuous improvement roadmap</li></ul><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Confers with management personnel to establish and coordinate production and quality control standards and activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor plant and production metrics to ensure the production runs to meet scheduling requirements</li><li>Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws. &nbsp;Including training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and working with TeamFisher to resolve problems</li><li>Consult with engineering relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products, for new and existing programs.</li><li>Accountable for safety and environmental culture and systems throughout the plant including 5S initiatives.</li><li>Continuously analyze all departments for tool design, communication, reporting, cost controls, and make recommendations to the operations manager for improvements.&nbsp;</li><li>Accountable for OEE (Operating Equipment Effectiveness), making recommendations for improved methods of production, drive continuous improvement of operations, quality and productivity.</li><li>Work with the team to improve process flow and reduce operating expenses</li><li>Reduce scrap through process improvements</li><li>Work with other Operations Managers to effectively manage production across campus, communicate quality issues, advise on throughput requirements, and make recommendations for improvements.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and monitor all IATF-16949 requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Must also be available by telephone during off-shift times to receive emergency telephone calls</li><li>This position requires the planning and implementation of programs sufficient to carry out division strategies.</li><li>There will be times when working with off shifts will be necessary- so periodically adjusting schedule will be required.&nbsp;</li><li>There is regular contact with sister plants, divisions, departments and with parties outside the company, such as suppliers and customers. &nbsp;</li><li>This position requires recommending new or revised policies.
