Working closely with the Director of Spa &amp; Wellness, you&#39;ll manage a talented team, uphold the exceptional standards our guests expect, and help drive the business forward through strong leadership, cross-department collaboration, and a genuine passion for the guest experience. At Grand View Lodge, that means exceptional wellness woven into a full resort lifestyle, golf, dining, events, and more, all grounded in our CoteCares culture of belonging, respect, and shared purpose.</p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong><br>&nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead daily spa operations, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the spa environment.</li><li>Hire, train, coach, and evaluate all spa team members; partner with Human Resources as needed for counseling and performance management.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement through proactive communication and present leadership.</li><li>Build and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational efficiency.</li><li>Co-manage supply inventories, including ordering and requisitioning alongside current team members.</li><li>Communicate regularly with the Director of Spa &amp; Wellness on operations, team performance, guest feedback, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Build strong, collaborative relationships across spa and resort departments, teamwork is central to how we operate.</li><li>Lead and facilitate team meetings and training sessions, ensuring clarity and alignment.</li><li>Support retail initiatives and drive revenue through effective merchandising and team engagement.</li><li>Utilize spa management systems (Book4Time preferred) and Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and payroll functions.</li><li>This is a resort hospitality role, availability on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons is required.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>What you bring:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum 2 to 3 years of management experience in a spa or hospitality setting.</li><li>A guest-centric mindset and a high standard for detail, you notice what others miss and take pride in the experience you create.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you build trust across teams and departments naturally.</li><li>Experience coaching and developing team members, ideally with an understanding of HR best practices.</li><li>Professional, punctual, and consistently positive, you model the culture you want your team to embody.</li><li>Computer proficiency for scheduling, reporting, and payroll; Microsoft Word and Excel required, Book4Time experience a strong plus.</li><li>Ability to read chemical labels and prepare clear, complete written reports and assessments.</li><li>Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, reach, and bend; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.</li><li>Retail sales or buying experience is a plus.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why join us:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You&#39;ll be part of a team that genuinely invests in its people.
