In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
We are seeking a Systems Engineering - Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test next generation EW systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions, individual technical contributions on a related range of Programs will include system development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in a field deployment environment.
In this Role you will : Leading a medium size team of Systems Engineers on EW related programs Managing all system engineering content and work products implementing the product development process Manage Cost and Schedule responsibilities for the systems team Execute of systems planning and requirements development Create and review of systems requirements to include, software, component, subsystem, and operational concepts Allocate of requirements to engineering other disciplines Creating system test plans, procedures and reports Provide oversight to product design, development, integration, and verification Develop and maintain external relationship with customers, other contractors and government officials. Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and with customers. Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures Supports proposal development activities, including proposal text development, cost and schedule estimating, and presentation activities.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site.
