Must be willing and able to work overnights.</p><p>Tip position at the high-volume valet resort, Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida.</p><p>Must be able to pass background, driver&#39;s license and drug screening.</p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>Ticket Issuers control and manage the flow of traffic for our valet operations as well as distribute claim tickets to guests. Ticket Issuers control incoming traffic flow by directing them to the proper lanes and effectively coordinating with valet parkers the systematic way to remove vehicles so that traffic does not back up. Ticket Issuers properly distribute the correct tickets to guests as well as follow the proper procedure for completing and filing each ticket.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and distribute the proper ticket to the appropriate type of guest (transient, hotel, VIP, etc.)</li><li>Provide a friendly and courteous welcome to the guest by asking and using their name frequently</li><li>Inform the guest of the charge for valet and where/how to retrieve their vehicle</li><li>Properly place the ticket (with guest&rsquo;s name) inside the vehicle for identification and parking purposes</li><li>Inform bellman/luggage attendant when assistance is needed for a hotel guest and their luggage</li><li>Properly secure vehicle keys</li><li>Effectively control the porte at all times via controlling proper traffic flow, ensuring vehicles are parked in a timely manner, the porte remaining as clear as possible, etc.</li><li>Charge vehicles properly for tickets</li><li>Effectively identify and notate visible damage on vehicles</li><li>Assist with staging and clearing vehicle lanes in porte one lane at a time when needed</li><li>Assist management in closing and reopening porte when necessary</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Can demonstrate attention to detail and knows surroundings&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates politely and effectively and responds promptly to needs of guests</li><li>Can write legibly on tickets</li><li>Can work quickly and effectively in a high-paced environment</li><li>Reacts well under pressure and takes responsibility to job duties</li><li>Can stand, walk, and hustle for long periods of time</li><li>Can frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to visually identify vehicle depth, speed, and movement in daylight and dark</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
