          "text": "<p>This position will&#xa0;own all specs,&#xa0;patterns,&#xa0;grade&#xa0;review, fit session&#xa0;management,&#xa0;and will communicate directly with suppliers&#xa0;to ensure proper understanding of&#xa0;technical&#xa0;corrections needed for&#xa0;the next&#xa0;sample stage. The role of Senior Technical Designer will&#xa0;be responsible for&#xa0;managing any construction improvements and will work&#xa0;closely with design and product development&#xa0;to collectively&#xa0;make&#xa0;great quality&#xa0;active apparel. There is&#xa0;an opportunity&#xa0;for&#xa0;additional&#xa0;breadth of responsibilities in this role as we continue to grow as a brand.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>New&#xa0;style&#xa0;set up with specs (includes&#xa0;pattern adjustments and&#xa0;pattern creation from scratch)&#xa0;</li><li>Manage/Maintain&#xa0;all specs and grades from&#xa0;initial&#xa0;set up through production&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>(proto’s, PPs, Size Sets, TOPs)&#xa0;</li><li>Prepares and leads all fittings&#xa0;(measures&#xa0;and pre-fits&#xa0;garments)&#xa0;</li><li>Organizes&#xa0;weekly fit schedule for assigned products&#xa0;</li><li>Communicates&#xa0;all fit&#xa0;and construction&#xa0;related comments to the vendor&#xa0;and internal teams within&#xa0;development and&#xa0;production timelines and in a professional&#xa0;manner.&#xa0;</li><li>Establishes and&#xa0;maintains&#xa0;fit,&#xa0;construction standards and blocks to ensure&#xa0;fit&#xa0;consistency and&#xa0;quality.&#xa0;</li><li>Responsible for managing and hitting all deadlines along with communicating any&#xa0;challenges.&#xa0;</li><li>Works to improve&#xa0;fit&#xa0;and quality through review of&#xa0;customers'&#xa0;comments, sales&#xa0;feedback and&#xa0;understanding&#xa0;of&#xa0;competition.&#xa0;Including instore retail quality checks&#xa0;post product&#xa0;launches.&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with manager on&#xa0;fit model analysis/booking go sees and&#xa0;maintains&#xa0;model data base.&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with manager&#xa0;by&#xa0;recording&#xa0;costs&#xa0;associated to fit model booking.&#xa0;</li><li>Understands how to read and correct patterns through&#xa0;2D&#xa0;software.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>3D&#xa0;software&#xa0;a plus, will be&#xa0;required&#xa0;to obtain V-stitcher certification if not already completed.&#xa0;</li><li>Complete understanding and knowledge of grading.&#xa0;</li><li>Organized with time management and attention to&#xa0;detail.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain full understanding of&#xa0;assigned&#xa0;styles&#xa0;and&#xa0;historical issues&#xa0;</li><li>Strong&#xa0;understanding of&#xa0;fabrications and how they react with silhouettes.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Is a team player&#xa0;and leader, able to work closely with other team members to help manage overall workload&#xa0;with regards to construction, fit, approvals, comments, timelines, etc.&#xa0;</li><li>Responsible for providing all product related fit details for catalog / website.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
