    "requisitionDescription": "<p><span style=\"color:black\">Title: BOS Technician</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">Status: Non-Exempt</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">Department: Service</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">Location: Customer Site. **Three openings for the\nfollowing locations: Mount Laurel, NJ/ Conshohocken, PA/ Bryn Mawr, PA**</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">Reports to: Service General Manager</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">Works with: Service General Manager, Customer\nService Reps, Service Resource Coordinators, Service Technicians, Parts\nDepartment, Customers, and Vendors.</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">Job Purpose: Responsible for operation,\nreplacement and repair maintenance of building related mechanical, electrical,\ncontrol systems, plumbing, air handling units, pumps, heat exchangers,\nexpansion joints, and other building mechanical systems. Work involves the\nlifting of heavy mechanical equipment and apparatus, and may be performed in\nareas of extreme heat or cold. Receives and responds to service calls, takes\nimmediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns. Oversees\nassigned vendors, routine and preventative maintenance work.</span></p>\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:black\">Duties:</span></strong><span style=\"color:black\"></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"color:black\">Technical:</span></p>\n\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Operation, replacement,\n     repair and maintenance of all related mechanical, electrical, control\n     systems, air handling units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and expansion\n     joints.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Install electrical\n     circuits.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Repair restroom\n     fixtures, sweat, braze copper pipes, thread black pipe.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Replace, or repack\n     valves.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Drain &amp; Safe off\n     system to facilitate repairs.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Perform minor carpentry\n     tasks, replace ceiling tiles, repair or replace door hardware, locks,\n     panic bars etc.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Perform minor electrical\n     tasks to include bulb and ballast replacement.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Clean coils in air\n     handling units and convectors to maintain optimum heat exchange.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Assemble, install,\n     repair, and maintain chilled and hot water systems.&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Routine operation and\n     inspection of emergency generator and associated components.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Requisition necessary\n     material to complete required repairs.<o:p></o:p></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"color:black;tab-stops:list 36px\">Routine and preventative\n     maintenance duties including filter changes, lubrication, control and\n     performance check.
