We use rigorous academic research to prove that worker well-being programs have business impacts. We develop market-ready, scalable interventions that benefit both workers and businesses. Ltd. They work closely with academics from top global universities to manage the implementation of these evaluations, ensuring precision and rigor in both design and execution. The project is being implemented in the Environment sector and the RA will be expected to work with different stakeholders in the biofuel supply chain.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will you do </span><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">(areas that will play to your strength and all the responsibilities we will trust you with)</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conducting scoping and qualitative surveys during study design phase </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Designing survey instruments and ensuring that survey is being conducted properly </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conducting enumerator training and monitoring data quality and ensuring that problems with data are resolved promptly </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identifying potential threats to research design, proposing solutions, and escalating as needed to researchers </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conducting secondary research and literature reviews </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring research and data protocols are upheld.
