As an Advanced CAD Specialist, you will work with a group of experienced CAD designers in the Rosemont, Illinois office along with other global engineering offices in support and development of engineering drawings for worldwide customers. Note, for the first 90 days new hires must be full-time in office M-F.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete complex assignments.</li>\n <li>Understands and provides input to customer deviations in a positive manner</li>\n <li>Mentor new drafting CAD specialists in day-to-day activities.</li>\n <li>Technical communication with internal team members and external customers.</li>\n <li>Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation</li>\n <li>Provides guidance and shares knowledge with and drafting team members</li>\n <li>Supports complex technologies and/or multiple technologies.</li>\n <li>Involved in multiple projects and plans accordingly</li>\n <li>Suggests technical options to address customer requests</li>\n <li>Has a good relationship with customer (internal/external)</li>\n <li>Recognizes opportunities to make Mechanical drafting improvements</li>\n <li>Shares best practices gained from past projects</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to improve work process and procedures</li>\n</ul>",
