The LPN candidate will bring strong clinical skills, a deep commitment to patient well-being, and hands-on experience treating a range of wounds—including surgical incisions, diabetic ulcers, and pressure injuries. As a Wound Care LPN, you will play a key part in supporting patient recovery and promoting optimal healing outcomes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare:</u></em></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>competitive compensation</strong></li>\n <li>generous medical benefits plan</li>\n <li>401K</li>\n <li>collaborative work teams</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of wounds to determine appropriate treatment plans.</li>\n <li>Monitor wound progression, document changes, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with wound care specialists and physicians to optimize treatment strategies.</li>\n <li>Administer appropriate treatments, dressings, and therapeutic interventions for various wound types.</li>\n <li>Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure effective wound management.</li>\n <li>Provide clear instructions and support to ensure adherence to wound care protocols.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of wound assessments, treatment plans, and patient responses in the electronic medical record (EMR).</li>\n <li>Stay current with the latest wound care techniques and treatments by participating in continuing education opportunities and professional development activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
