    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Market Medical Assistant</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary: </strong>Assist with the delivery of occupational health care.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with patient flow process; secure/stock necessary supplies; prepare exam room and patients for examination; assist provider with exam or procedure; provide treatments and medications as ordered by provider.</li>\n <li>Travels market to provide staffing coverage and on-site services.</li>\n <li>Assist with diagnostic testing including obtaining and/or preparing specimens.</li>\n <li>Follow protocol of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient population.</li>\n <li>Perform drug screen collections for DOT and non-DOT drug screens, using proper chain of custody.</li>\n <li>Perform administrative support duties such as answering telephones, check-in, check-out, filing, faxing, record processing and shared housekeeping.</li>\n <li>Perform additional medical support including, but not limited to suture and staple removal, injections, blood draws.</li>\n <li>Apply the Minimal Necessary Standard when accessing protected health information.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with relevant Supervisors and Management while performing onsite services. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assisting technical program.</li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills.</li>\n <li>Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written form.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work positively among diverse groups of individuals promoting a “TEAM” environment and “Leads by Example”. </li>\n <li>Ability to Travel as needed.</li>\n <li>Flexibility in schedule, as needed.</li>\n <li>Must have a Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Auto Insurance that meets state minimum requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:                                                                                               </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish / English</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Base Salary</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Group Medical</li>\n <li>Dental</li>\n <li>Vision</li>\n <li>Life STD & LTD</li>\n <li>401K w/ Excellent Company Match</li>\n <li>Access to Earned Wages through Payactiv</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p>",
