For more information and a complete list of products, visit AtticusLLC.com. </span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do in this role</span></p>\n<p>As a technical project manager, you will be responsible for establishing a lightweight, agile, project governance (tools, templates, cadence).  Additionally, you will need to ensure that you are managing the inventory of active projects and assessing the overall project health (what’s at risk, what’s blocked, and what’s working).  This role will require coordination across functional disciplines and must be able to build trust with stakeholders.  Experience working with external vendors is needed to be successful in this role.  This role reports to the IS Strategist and is located on-site at our Cary, NC office.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Portfolio: </span>All technology-enabled business initiatives, from concept through delivery</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vendor Coordination:</span> Managing consulting relationships, holding vendors accountable, ensuring value</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Management:</span> Business leaders, executives, cross-functional teams – keeping everyone aligned</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Budget &amp; Timeline Accountability:</span> Projects deliver what they promised, when they promised, for the budget expected</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk &amp; Issue Management:</span> Identifying problems early, escalating appropriately, driving resolution</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery Discipline:</span> Building project management capability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Qualifications</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project/Program Management</span>\n<ul>\n<li>5 – 7 years managing technology-enabled business initiatives</li>\n<li>PMP or similar certification a plus</li>\n<li>Experience managing both internal teams and external vendors</li>\n<li>Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches</li>\n<li>Experience managing $100k – multi-million-dollar projects</li>\n<li>Experience in implementing project management discipline in organizations</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Fluency</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Understands ERP implementations (D365 a plus).  Specific experience with D365 and Microsoft ecosystem a plus</li>\n<li>Understands technical documentation and architectural discussions</li>\n<li>Understands basic system architecture</li>\n<li>Understands SDLC, integrations, API/EDI</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Acumen</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Ag-chem, chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing experience strongly preferred</li>\n<li>Understands and can challenge business requirements constructively</li>\n<li>Understands ROI, CapEx/OpEx, and can make sound business cases</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Atticus?</span></p>\n<p>Atticus is committed to the long‑term success of our industry and our people.
