The ADON ensures that clients receive high-quality, compassionate care tailored to their needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment. The ADON will aid in supervising nursing staff, contribute to clinical/nursing practices and ensure compliance with regulations. The ADON will be involved with the development of the day-to-day schedule, coordinating availability, and overseeing competency assessments.
