More specifically, our CMA's interview and triage patients, measure vital signs, document all information in patients charts and assist the Providers in exam rooms. Additionally, they maintain logs, keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, handle calls as appropriate, and support the overall patient need(s) as directed. This opportunity is for our <strong>Marlboro, NJ</strong> location.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong></u>:&nbsp;</p><p>• Escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in patients’ charts&nbsp;</p><p>• Assist providers in exam rooms; give instructions to patients as instructed by the providers&nbsp;</p><p>• Perform certain procedures such as blood draw, EKG, etc.&nbsp;</p><p>• Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required&nbsp;</p><p>• Provide feedback and answers to patient/provider/pharmacy calls&nbsp;</p><p>• Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, oxygen, etc.)&nbsp;</p><p>• Must be willing to cross-train for patient registration when necessary&nbsp;</p><p>· Must be available to work evenings and weekends, be willing to travel to other sites, willing to travel in inclement weather</p><p>· Willing to become UDS, BAT, and/or DOT certified and performed related responsibilities</p><p>· Maintain all certifications required for the role</p><p>· All other duties as assigned by Practice Operations Manager or Practice Administrator</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Compensation:&nbsp;</strong></u></p><p>• Medical through Cigna (multiple tiers depending on coverage and cost desires)&nbsp;</p><p>• Vision and Dental through Principal, NJ Delta Dental &amp; VSP&nbsp;</p><p>• PTO &amp; NJ Sick Time</p><p>• 401k through Voya, company match availability after 1 year of service and 1000 hours worked&nbsp;</p><p>• Life Insurance provided by the company 50k&nbsp;</p><p>• Accident, Cancer, Hospital, and Disability insurance are available through Aflac&nbsp;</p><p>• Additional voluntary benefits like short term disability insurance, cancer insurance, hospital insurance, critical illness insurance, supplemental life, etc. are also offered through Aflac&nbsp;</p><p>• Critical Illness, Supplemental Life, and Accident insurance are available through Principal&nbsp;</p><p>• Hourly range listed below&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>",
