Our Personal Trainers create a welcoming environment in our 1:1 training suites, where clients are empowered to take back their health so they can have the energy to do what they love.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Fitness Together Managers Also Enjoy These Perks</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Base salary plus bonuses and incentives based on key performance indicators</li>\n <li>Paid continuing education</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Studio Manager is an employee, not an independent contractor</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for a Fitness Manager who has:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors or Masters in Exercise Science/Physiology preferred</li>\n <li>National Certification required (NASM or ACSM)</li>\n <li>2-4 years of personal training and program design experience </li>\n <li>CPR/AED & First Aid Certified</li>\n <li>Prior business management and supervisory experience, preferably in a fitness facility or similar environment</li>\n <li>Prior P&L accountability preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent planning and time management skills </li>\n <li>Solid written and strong verbal communication skills including delivery of group presentations </li>\n <li>Ability to motivate, direct, lead a group, and delegate tasks </li>\n <li>Intermediate computer literacy - MS Office, email, and internet </li>\n <li>Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) </li>\n <li>Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2024 Fitness Together Franchise, LLC (“FTF”).
