The role leads a team of cybersecurity analysts conducting vulnerability assessments, configuration inspections, and compliance verification for enterprise IT systems and networks. </p>\n<p>The Team Lead ensures all readiness assessments align with DoD and NIST cybersecurity frameworks, delivering actionable recommendations to improve mission assurance and risk posture. </p>\n<p><em>This position is onsite at HSV – Redstone Arsenal. </em></p>\n<p><em>*Please Note: This requisition is contingent upon contract award.*</em></p>\n<h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead planning, execution, and reporting of cybersecurity readiness assessments across enterprise IT environments. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee team tasking, quality control, and deliverable review to ensure accuracy and completeness. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate system configurations and security controls against DoD and DISA STIG compliance standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with system administrators and information system security managers (ISSMs) to document findings and remediation actions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct interviews, inspections, and control validations to assess cybersecurity posture. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and deliver comprehensive reports summarizing risks, vulnerabilities, and recommended mitigations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Track and verify corrective actions through closure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support higher-level audits, inspections, and reporting to government oversight entities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide mentorship and direction to assessment staff and junior cybersecurity analysts. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and maintain system records within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) platform. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li> Support the full lifecycle of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for Army information systems, including categorization, control selection, implementation, assessment, and authorization. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong>  Active Secret clearance required. </p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong>  Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field. </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 6 years of cybersecurity or readiness assessment experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience leading small teams performing security inspections or risk assessments in a defense setting. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands-on experience with RMF/ATO processes, continuous monitoring, and vulnerability scanning tools.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience managing and maintaining system records within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) platform.     </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Desired: Experience in space and missile defense. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>CompTIA Security+ CE required (DoD 8570 IAT II baseline). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>CEH, CISSP, or equivalent preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of RMF, ACAS, and DISA STIG processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent technical writing and communication abilities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical data and produce actionable reports. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Effective leadership and coordination skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>EEO and Affirmative Action Policy:</strong> DecisionPoint Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
