    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Landscaper position will be responsible for maintaining the park's quality landscapes and ensure a clean, friendly and safe environment for our guests and Team Members. The Landscaper position will maintain all flowerbeds, landscape maintenance, planting, watering, pest management, and more. This is a seasonal position from May-September. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay: $12.50/Hr</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform general landscaping duties such as planting, watering, weeding, hedging, mowing, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Leaf blowing, hosing, and maintaining all walkways, seating areas, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains all landscaping tools, supplies, and ensures all equipment is in safe working order </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs routine inspections of entire park to maintain a quality level that meets the guest and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown standards </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a clean and safe environment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain Six Flags’ Guest First Standards </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicating team or park related concerns to the Landscaping Supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Enforcing all Six Flags policies </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs all other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the Landscaping Department and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with little supervision </li>\n <li>A clear demonstration of excellent Guest Service skills and an evident commitment to our Guest First philosophy </li>\n <li>Adhere to Park Attendance Policy as stated in the Six Flags Seasonal Handbook </li>\n <li>The availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays </li>\n <li>The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors in various weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat and sun </li>\n <li>Meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, pulling and lifting up to 60 lbs. alone or 100 </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reports To:</strong> Landscaping Supervisor</p>\n<p><em>While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate.
