This position follows and carries out the directions of the Production Manager,  Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager in order to keep a constant and efficient workflow daily, staying within budgeted dollars and hours. Mission’s culture provides employees a professional, safe, and positive work environment with numerous opportunities for growth and success.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS</strong>: If you are seeking full-time employment with full benefits including: health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings program, paid time off (sick, holiday, vacation), and MORE apply today.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to schedule work flow.</li>\n <li>Ability to supervise assigned work activities in accordance with the organization’s policies.</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain inventory levels.</li>\n <li>Monitor and control the loss and abuse program.</li>\n <li>Assist in loading wash wheels for first load of the day.</li>\n <li>Communicate and coordinate department functions.</li>\n <li>Assist Operations Manager with any duties assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong>:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma/GED or up to one month related experience or training.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n <li>Good communication skills with customers and employees is key</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional demeanor at all times</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</li>\n <li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.</li>\n <li>Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
