Description
As a Senior Flight Attendant here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and exceptional service of our passengers throughout their flight experience. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to the cabin crew while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer care.
You will report directly to our Flight Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an On-Site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall passenger experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Your leadership will foster a professional and cohesive cabin crew team, contributing to smooth and efficient flight operations.

Safety & Compliance Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight Conduct safety checks to confirm all required equipment is onboard and operational Provide safety briefings and emergency instructions to passengers Respond immediately to any onboard emergency and notify the PIC Execute emergency procedures in accordance with company and regulatory standards Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) In-Flight Service Excellence Deliver high-quality food and beverage service Plan menus, coordinate catering, and oversee food preparation and presentation Maintain adherence to food safety standards Provide personalized, first-class service to passengers Ensure passenger comfort from boarding through arrival Cabin Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cabin, galley, and baggage areas Ensure aircraft are properly stocked with supplies and provisions Review flight details and requirements from pilot briefings Support overall flight operations for efficiency and service excellence Additional Duties Perform other duties as assigned by the Pilot in Command or Manager, Passenger Services
