The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with real-time data processing frameworks NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and the ability to design, build, and scale robust distributed systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, high-performance applications.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Design and oversee software architectures that leverage multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, Node, C#, Go, or Ruby.</span></li>\n<li><span>Build and manage real-time data processing pipelines using Apache Flink and integrate with streaming systems such as Kafka or Kinesis. Develop, optimize, and manage data storage and retrieval using MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide technical leadership in building scalable, secure, and resilient software systems.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and UX designers to ensure cohesive software architecture and seamless integrations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Optimize software performance, troubleshoot architectural issues, and implement best coding and security practices.</span></li>\n<li><span>Stay updated with emerging programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure adherence to software development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span>Mentor and guide development teams in adopting best practices for multi-language software development.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to design and deploy robust infrastructure solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Define and enforce coding standards, system design principles, and architectural patterns.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in software development with proficiency in multiple programming languages.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong knowledge of object-oriented, functional, and reactive programming paradigms.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in designing distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API development.</span></li>\n<li><span>Expertise in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud computing services.</span></li>\n<li><span>Deep understanding of software security principles and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an agile environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Contributions to open-source projects.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of blockchain, IoT, or cybersecurity.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with event-driven architectures and serverless computing.</span></li>\n</ul>",
