This role includes civil/site design and permitting for land development and linear design projects, along with leadership opportunities based on your strengths—from mentoring to business development to public engagement.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead project teams across planning, design, permitting, and construction</li>\n<li>Define scope, estimate fees, and prepare proposals/contracts</li>\n<li>Manage compliance with contract terms, schedules, budgets, and quality</li>\n<li>Support mentorship, client engagement, or public presentations as desired</li>\n<li>Represent BSC at events, interviews, or conferences (based on interest)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>PE license in Connecticut </li>\n<li>Experience with civil/site design and permitting</li>\n<li>Strong project and team management skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with public presentations</li>\n<li>Mentoring junior staff</li>\n<li>Existing client network in New England</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Style</span></p>\n<p>BSC supports <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">remote, hybrid, and flexible work arrangements</span>. While some travel within CT or MA may be needed, team members also have access to any BSC office.
