We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we&#39;re committed to making a difference.</p><p></p><p></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b><u>Key Accountabilities:</u></b> </span></p><p><span><u>General Accountabilities</u> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Accountable for building, forecasting and managing the Clinical Trial Budget  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Leads the China core study team; manages, facilitates and documents core study team meetings (e.g. meeting agendas &amp; minutes, action logs and decision logs) and facilitates effective decision making.  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Ensures adequate China study team resources and leads study team chartering to ensure that study team structure, including sub-teams, are effective and efficient  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Fosters optimal China study team health including formal team effectiveness assessments and action planning  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Manages China study team communications to ensure cross-functional connectivity among study team members and supporting functional lines </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><u>Compliance with Parexel standards</u> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Comply with required training curriculum.  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Complete timesheets accurately as required. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Submit expense reports as required.  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Update CV as required.  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Maintain a working knowledge of and comply with Parexel processes, ICH-GCPs and other applicable requirements </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Strong Communication Skills </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Demonstrated project management / leadership experience </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b><u>Skills: </u></b> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Broad experience in a Clinical Trial Execution discipline </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Strong Communication Skills  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Demonstrated project management / leadership experience </span></p></li></ul><p><span>  </span></p><p><span><b><u>Knowledge and Experience: </u></b> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Keen problem-solving skills.  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Fluent in both oral and written English.  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span> Fluent in host country language required.  </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>At least 8 years in clinical practices  </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b><u>Education</u></b>:  </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Minimum of BS in relevant overall industry experience and at least one year in project management </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p>",
