etc).</li><li>Assures that all needed documentation and required shift forms are properly completed (process charts, logs, cheese vat time schedule etc.) and also responsible for tracking/reporting of all shift inventory usage (MRP/ASC Track) to proper personnel.</li><li>Responsible for setting up and running all production equipment such as;
