Amrutha.duddula AT stiorg.com/732-664-8807</p><p>Title: Contracts Manager<br />Location: Initial Remote ( Locations: NJ/DC/VA)<br />Duration: Fulltime<br /> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br />•             Drive, negotiate and finalize various agreements in different jurisdictions, including sales, licensing, distribution, consultancy, services, NDAs and much more;<br />•             Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations on numerous legal and business issues;<br />•             Provide legal advice regarding a wide variety of legal matters to the company&apos;s different departments (Sales, Product, R&amp;D, MIS, IT)<br />•             Monitor and provide guidance on data privacy and other applicable laws and regulations;<br />•             Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies to help scale the business<br />•             Interface with and manage support from outside counsel as needed.<br /> <br /><strong>Requirements/Experience:    </strong>      <br />•    Juris Doctorate - Graduate from accredited law school<br />•   <strong> 5-7 years working experience within a technology company (either leading law firm or a tech company)</strong><br />•    Commercial counsel only<br />•    Experience working with government (i.e. federal) customers and familiar with FAR and DFAR Provisions<br />•    Working knowledge of: licensing and privacy and data protection laws (trademark/patent law knowledge an advantage)<br />•    Negotiation skills with external and internal stakeholders<br />•    Prior global business working experience <br /> <br /><strong>Thank you, <br />Amrutha Duddula <br />Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist<br />Software Technology Inc (STI)<br />Email: amrutha.duddula AT stiorg.com<br />Phone : 732-664-8807<br />www.stiorg.com<br />www.linkedin.com/in/amruthad/</strong><br /> </p>",
