This is what sets us (and you, if you join us…) apart from the crowd.</p>Shift hours - 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Salary: $22/hr-$30/hr \n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Willing to train </strong>the right candidate</li>\n <li><strong>Set-up</strong>, <strong>Operate</strong> and <strong>Monitor </strong>machinery to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner, including machining a variety of samples to close tolerances</li>\n <li><strong>Ability </strong>to read and interpret documents such as drawings, operating instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals</li>\n <li><strong>Select</strong>, <strong>Align</strong>, and <strong>Secure</strong> holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials on machines</li>\n <li>Ability to use of machine tools and inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills / Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Is this job for me?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all who they work with, keen to learn and enthusiastic in the face of challenge. You will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>HS diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>Experience using basic hand tools</li>\n <li>Previous shop experience a plus</li>\n <li>Technical/vocational training in related field a plus</li>\n <li>WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>NOTE:  This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.
